Weight Training Exercises
For No Reason!
Folks - I need
a weight training exercise that stresses the upper bicep and
the very front delt (not at the same time of course). What
I mean by very front delt is the part where the front deltoid
meets the upper part of the chest.
Hard to visualize,
I know. I'm not seeing the the "indentations", or
roundness that the front delt forms when it meets the chest
with my current weight training exercise routines for upper
body.

lead me to believe you are just lacking experience in the
gym. I really recomend you just follow the weight training
program for at least six to ten months and see where you are
at as I will be only doing you a disservice to recomend any
extra specialization weight training with the type of question
you are asking.
Upper bicep is developed by overall effective biceps developement
from curls .
Separation is really a sign of low body fat with quality muscle
mass. Both of these things you lack are typical of a body
not seasoned in the gym.
Get
down to following the weight training exercise program including
diet and rest and you will be doing yourself the best you
can at this time. And if I catch you pussy footing around
or calling me a folker, I'll give you a tongue lashing and
a bitch slap across the face in front of your Mommy!
