Neccessary For Muscle Building?
hi, i'm in my second
week on the course and i think i'm starting to see results.
i've just began using whey powder and i now eat loads of eggs
and other dairy to compensate for my vegetarian diet. i was
wondering weather L-glutamine and Creatine supliments are
nessesary as well and if so, are certain kinds better then
others, capsules over powder for example? thanks, ganesh
No these supplements are not neccessary. This is stated in
the book, on the website all over the place. Dont waste your
money on supplements until you see results. And I mean solid
results. Not just two weeks of training feeling better from
working out and confusing that with results. I am talking
the mother load here, muscle tissue. When you have some real
muscle to show as a result of your efforts than you are qualified
to spend your money on supplements.
