Sleep Tips For Explosive Muscle Gain

is it ok to take sleep aids (100& natural)...
it take me awhile to fall asleep so... i was thinking of taking
these or MELATONIN
Sleep
aids can be a dangerous crutch to rely on! Once you get hooked
on using these products it is very hard to go back to quality
rest without them!You are much better off to follow the Underground
Sleep Tips below solving the route of your sleep problems.Melatonin
is acceptable but getting any heavier can lead to serious
problems. I wrote a major section on this in the new book
as I feel it is a crucial component for explosive muscle growth.
Here are some tips for better sleep:
Stay away from
colas and caffeine foods.
Stay away from ephedrine and other stimulant based fat burners.
If you must take the above do not take any after three in
the afternoon.
Resolve unfinished business in your life
Deal with stress
Do not exercise within three hours of sleep time
Do not stuff yourself before bedtime
Sleep in a dark room
Take a calcium magnesium supplement
try hot herbal tea before bed or a glass of warm milk
Separate your protein and carbs into two small meals before
bed. Eat the carb meal last before retiring for the night.
