Raw Eggs For Muscle Gain? Friend Or Foe?

 

ALL THE PROTEIN POWDERS I CAN FIND IN THE SHOP CONTAIN SHITY INGREDIENTS.
HOW CAN I SUPPLY MY BODY FAST ABSORBED PROTEIN RIGHT AFTER MY WORKOUT, WITHOUT THESE POWDERS.

The muscle media and their advertisers are responsible for creating a fear. The fear of getting salmonella from Raw eggs in order to sell their inferior powdered bunk for outrageous profits! Raw eggs are one of the most powerful ,safe healthy and cost effective proteins you can easily attain! I know , salmonella fear ...but in all my years of eating raw eggs I have never had a problem or witnessed anyone else having a problem. And after doing the research here is why:

For those of you that do not want to read it cause I should be the guy to have to read the boring scientific literature, to translate, the risk of salmonella is very low. According to this study only 0.00003 percent of all eggs produced annually have salmonella.And if you purchase eggs fresh from healthy chickens the risk is even lower. Now why take the risk even if it is so low? Well because raw eggs provide a source of protein superior to whey for WAY less money! Who am I to suggest this when every protein company who sells whey says whey protein is superior and has such a high BV? ( biological value)
Well theoretically an egg has one of the highest BVs for any natural protein source and you know exactly what you are getting unlike commercial protein mixtures. You also know what you are not getting, a bunch of harmful chemicals like artificial sweeteners, colors and flavours that are responsible for many ailments from headaches to allergic reactions. Many whey powders may be over proccessed as well and no commercial whey powder has the good fats eggs have that support hormone production ( crucial for building muscle ) and a healthy heart!
So to summarise Whole raw eggs are much healthier than commercial whey protein powder, provide other beneficial micro and macronutrients that are definitely void in commercial powders ,support testosterone production and are way cheaper than commercial whey powders while giving you peace of mind you are supplying your body exactly what it requires for muscle growth! To me the last point is an integral part of muscle building success.Confidence is everything when it comes to making explosive muscle gain. To have this kind of confidence is very powerful as " The steps of getting there are always the same as the qualities of being there" !
Now how in the hell do you eat 10 raw eggs four times per day? Well do you have a clothes hanger or an effective nose plug? Only kidding !But on a serious note raw eggs can be a substitute in any recipe for protein powder. I put them into homemade shakes along with a variety of fruits like strwberries,banans and kiwis and do not even notice the eggs whatsoever! And if you want to create an unbeatable protein punch, add skim milk powder to the raw egg shake. For the price nothing can touch this for supporting explosive muscle gain!
