to "the program is hard but effective" I'll reply
with "the measure of an accomplishment is by how many
obstacles or how difficult it was to accomplish!" Damn
rights your program is hard. If building a healthy ripped
physique was easy, there wouldn't be so many obese people
walking around! Well some of them aren't walking, but waddling!
I'd rather have a hard eating program, than work out 5-6 days
a week and get no where! Since reading you're program it just
makes me laugh about the guys that say, "i'm gonna start
hitting the gym hard, work out 6 days a week" and none
of them change their diet either. Talk about spinning your
tires in the mud. I've done it lots my self, a guy ends up
being frustrated with the results and quits!
When I do something, I love to get Militant about it, and
this program will allow me to do that. I'm so jacked about
starting the program, want to be sure the -40 degree celsius
temperatures are gone before I commit to running 45 mins +
40 mins everyday for a week. Damn Canadian winters!

an excellent point Dave!
When it comes to bodybuilding to change your appearance I
believe diet is 90 percent of the game. I like to look at
it this way:
Take the
same guy and put him on a six day a week bodybuilding weight
training program with a poor diet and he will probably make
little progress.
Put him
on a great diet and weight train him once every two weeks
and he will literally metamorphisize in front of your eyes.
You can
even do 1/2 hour cardio a day and follow a good diet and make
excellent bodybuilding progress.
I guarantee
you will never make a bodybuilding contest without the diet
this applies
to getting ripped like required for competitive bodybuilding.
For us hard gainers and natural atheletes , it is a carefully
planned combination of several factors required to make bodybuilding
progress. this is why so many people fail. you can eat decent
and train good and still make little progress.

at the end of the tunnel! I guarantee I would be burned out
following the program militant for as many years as I have
been in this game. As a matter of fact I have burned myself
out many times as Iused to be obsessed. The cure has been
having children!!! Now I have to feed them first then me only
before I starve to death!
