I read on the forum that you pretty much know about all other
"Hardgainer" info on the net and in particular Anthony
Ellis, Iv read through his site and what he has to offer (for
100 bucks it better be good) and it says he has 24 weeks of
training routines, Just woundering what you think they could
be and how he could possibly get 24 weeks of different training
methods, and if they would differ much from your routines
and overall method of gaining mass...

Anthony decently keeping correspondence with him for a few
years now. He is a stand up guy with a good program that is
well written for the beginner to understand and get good results.
He does recommend some supplements and is on the surface with
this subject. Ortherwise pretty mainstream . This is not neccessarily
bad. I personally dont think supplements yield the results
of natural foods, are expensive and have alot of chemical
crap in them. But for some people the convenience given by
supplements is the only way they could ever succeed even remotely.
Also some people may not get the negative reactions to artificial
sweeteners and flavours / colors like I do and other more
sensitive people.
So in this case supplements are a positive thing yet i still
do not like all the problems documented from the chemicals
and artificial flavours colours and sweeteners and personally
do not advocate their use. You can follow Anthonys gain Mass
Program using no supplements and receive probably superior
muscle gains.
. As for the 24 weeks of programs this is true. But it is
done more on a week by week format so otherwise there is a
twelve week program for gaining mass and another twelve week
program for losing fat. The workouts are generic but effective
and everything Anthony says they are. I would stand behind
Anthonys program over any other one developed. This includes
in the stores and on the internet. It is 100 bucks yes but
you have to take into account it is a hard copy you can read
and includes three manuals, a scale, a tape measure and calipers.
And he also has unlimited assistance like mine too.

I used Anthony
Ellis' program for about 2 years until I discovered James'
program. I have nothing but respect and good things to say
about Anthony and his program. I felt it was well worth the
money. I will say this, Anthony's program is more suited towards
beginners who are learning to eat correctly and lift weights.
James' program steps it up a notch and is a more detailed
and advanced program. I would almost compare it like this,
Anthony's program is a college program, and James' is the
pros. Both have a lot of similarities, but James' is more
specific and more exact.
