How Many Calories To Gain Weight?

Thanks for the info. even though i am not interested in getting huge, is cardio still a problem if i do it in the morning and workout in the evening if i want to loose weight and be more healthy?

i hate to keep asking questions, but i am having a big problem with the diet. my total caloric intake for the first part is 1780. is this right? or should i increase to more? I am 180 and i think my body fat is about 18%. it is all a little much and really confusing, but thanks for the help. i am going to try to see it through.

First of all , The best recommendation Ican do for you with respect to calories is based on the average male your weight. Unfortunately( and thank God!) no one is average!
