Training Tip For Explosive Biceps Growth!
I started out about
6 or 7 weeks ago (? I think)
Since then I've gained 22 pounds and my body fat has remained
more or less the same.
I now weigh 170
pounds.
Doing pretty good!!
Lately I've noticed
a considerable gain in strength. At the beginning I could
do about 8 reps of dumbbell curls at around 25 pounds weight
with good form. Now I'm doing 45 pounds with good form.
Today, for the
first time I felt my biceps burning during curls. I'm not
sure if this is a good thing but it definitely felt like it
was the right thing. Mind to muscle link has improved somewhat,
but is still a bit out of focus.
Hoping to gain
another 20 pounds of lean muscle and then just maintain from
thereon.
I realize it might
take a year or two to reach that goal but i'll try to be as
persistent as possible with the diet and workouts.

Burning in your
biceps is a wonderful sign! One tip for biceps growth is to
keep your wrists straight for the complete repetition. Do
not move your wrists at all. Moving your wrists can reduce
the stress on your biceps by up to 40 percent. For explosive
biceps gains in size keep your wrists locked for the complete
range of motion. This will make sure you are not robbing your
biceps from the torture required for explosvie muscle gains!
